Medicare Supplement Plans
Medicare doesn’t cover all hospital (Part A) and medical (Part B) costs. A Medicare Supplement Plan will cover some or all of the costs for you depending on the Plan you choose.
Medicare Advantage Plans
Medicare Advantage Plans are an alternative to original Medicare (Part A and Part B). Medicare Advantage Plans are administered by private insurance companies and may include your Part D Prescription Drug coverage and extra benefits such as dental, vision or hearing services.
Medicare Part D Prescription Drug Plans
Part D provides Prescription Drug coverage to Medicare beneficiaries. Part D plans are administered by private insurance companies and coverage may be obtained in two ways.
Original Medicare does not provide any coverage for dental services. You may consider purchasing dental insurance or a dental discount plan.
International Medical Coverage
Medicare does not provide coverage outside of the United States and U.S. territories. Some Medicare Supplement Plans offer $50,000 of lifetime coverage for foreign travel emergency care with a $250.00 deductible and 20% coinsurance.
